Through
our extensive network of associates, located throughout the "offshore" world,
we can offer very cost-effective yet efficient offshore company formation
services.
Appointment
of Nominees
Nominee
Directors are simply either individuals or corporations who
undertake by way of a signed legal agreement with the owner
of a company to act as a director of that company on their
behalf.
The main
advantage of this is that only the nominee's name will show
up in all (if any) government or public records relating
to the company, thereby giving the company owner a further
degree of protection and privacy should records be searched.
Although
we normally appoint individuals, occasionally the nominee
director appointed may itself be another offshore company,
which can give further protection from invasion into the
true owner's privacy. A Power of Attorney will be provided
to give the beneficial owner/s control of the company where
required.
Jurisdictions
Although we can supply companies incorporated in all major
offshore jurisdictions of the world, we only show details of
the most popular jurisdictions on this web site.
If you
have requirements for a company to be incorporated in a particular
jurisdiction not covered here please ask for details and
a quotation.
Pricing
Policy
It is not our aim to be the cheapest company supplier but
neither do we wish to charge the enormous fees, for providing
very little, that some of our competitors do.
All of
the fees we quote for company formation packages are fully
inclusive as we do not believe in misleading clients by quoting
a low formation price and then adding on extras galore as
is the case elsewhere. |
Tax
Advice
Proform Offshore do not provide specific advice on the usage
of companies in particular countries. This simply requires far
too much knowledge of the legal system and tax structure of such
countries and the even more difficult burden of staying current
with any changes. It is our belief that no advice is better than
bad advice!
Nevertheless,
we do describe corporate structures which we believe could
benefit our clients in particular situations. However, we
leave it to our client to determine the suitability of
the structure to his particular situation and to obtain professional
independent tax advice where appropriate.
VAT Registration/Administration
In the UK it can take a minimum of six weeks for HM Revenue and Excise to process VAT registrations.
The procedures are complex and time consuming and may take significantly longer than six weeks if more information/evidence is required.
· Completion and submission of VAT registration forms and liaising with the client and Customs and Excise as necessary - cost UK£250.
· Completion and submission of quarterly VAT returns and EC Sales Lists if appropriate and liaising with the client and HM Revenue and Customs as necessary - cost UK£250 per year. These can only be completed if the client provides all information required in a timely manner.
· Preparation for and attendance at VAT inspections - these are not common and are charged on a time spent basis.
Legalisation/Apostille
We can arrange to have copies of documents, powers of attorney
etc legalised/apostilled at the UK Foreign and Commonwealth
Office if required.
